10 Ways to have a stress free life:

To have a stress free life is very simple… Let it go and give it to God. It will be what it will be. Worrying and stressing won’t change what is going on.  It may not seem that simple but it really is.

Number One: Start with a devotional: It helps to start your day on the right foot and your first relationship of the day is with the Lord.

Number Two: Relaxing music for me that is BBN Radio station as there is usually instrumental music first thing in the morning playing.

Number Three: Positive thinking find the positive in every situation. You can always find the negative but I want you to find the positive.

Number Four: Surely in conversations you can find a way to make them laugh. Maybe a funny moment that has happen or just simply something funny that has happen that day. This is where I spin something negative into a positive to get them to smile. I like to lighten moods and spirits if I can.

Number Five: Find a quite time to unwind even if you take your breaks and lunch in your car. Just escape the crazy and rest and relax. On my breaks and lunch I read books or if I can’t find an upbeat for myself watch a funny video. Something to lighten the load before finishing the day.

Number 6: Funny videos are a way to make me smile so I stay upbeat. Even going home I play them so that what happens at work doesn’t get brought home with me.

Listed of videos that I deem funny is Family Feud with Richard Dawson especially September. Game show bloopers are the best staying American here. For British funny show bloopers The Chaser with Bradley Walsh. Other great shows is Would I Lie to You.

Number 7: Books are a great escape from reality. You can travel anywhere and be anything and go back into time or forward.

Number 8: Go for a walk and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy nature and the peace and quite there.

Number 9: End of the day unwind with tv shows from childhood as it was a carefree time. Also, I am not a fan of today’s TV shows and the language and inappropriate things on there.

Number 10: Read Your Bible before bed. You start your day with a devotional and you end on God’s word. Even if a chapter a day or a couple of sentences to meditate on. Your focus should return to God before you sleep at night.

10 ways to have a street free life. In everything you do should begin and end with God. All thoughts and actions should  be on God and reflect God. You should be the light in the would have darkness. Your reaction reflects back on God and how you respond to what occurs says a lot about you and your walk with God. Yes we are not perfect and I don’t claim to be. I do want to reflect God and not be a negative nelly and can’t see the light and joy that comes from God.

Everything I have is from God surely there is something to be grateful for and find peace and joy with all that I have.

Are You Against The Grain?

The world is going to hate you and persecute you as they did Jesus and everyone that follows Him.

I got my dose of it myself and have been unfriended because of my faith and where I stand. I won’t hide just so their feelings won’t get hurt.

I am here to tell the truth and share the good news of my heavenly Father. The good news is we serve a risen Savior who has overcome death and has prepared a way for us to choose ever lasting life.

God gave us free will to choose Him or eject Him. My hope is that whatever seeds I plant that others will come to know Him. The time will come when that last person comes to know Him and the door will be shut. Come to Him while you still can. You don’t know when your last day on earth my be.

John 15:18-19 King James Version

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Remember they hated and rejected Jesus first before they decided to hate and reject us.

Do not be discouraged as you are not meant to save them but to plant the seed. The work has been done by Jesus. We are to spread the good news.

Yes, it is disheartening to see them turn away from God and reject Him but you do not answer for the choices they make.

It has been a battle for the ages for Christians to walk and share the gospel. We are not the first and last to have to climb this mountain.

1 Timothy 6:12-16 King James Version

12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;

14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

The battle has been won and in the end you have done all you can do. As long as you continue to share the good news with others. To let the light shine for all to see.

We are meant to tell the truth not the fake truth and things that make others feel good. Heaven and Hell is real! Just as Jesus and the devil himself is real.

Do not make it flowery or soft but make it bold and tell the harsh truth of what lies ahead for them. They don’t know, that they don’t know. It is our job here to tell them what is to come and what awaits them should they not come to the Lord.

The saying, “The truth will set you free”, guess where it came from…

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Now truth is a bitter word for those who refuse to believe it and turn away from it. Guess what that doesn’t hide the truth or make it any less true.

Ephesians 2:8-10 King James Version

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

It is not by your good works or you being a good person. Nothing you can do will get you into heaven.

Now that may sound harsh and hard to understand. You may think I haven’t killed anyone surely I deserve to go there. I haven’t committed any crimes and have always strived to do the right thing that must get me there. I am better than others so that must be it. I have all this money and I give back to help others surely it counts.

While that may all be true you will still end up going to hell. Now do not loose hope or stop reading as there is hope.

It really is that simple to come unto the Lord by simply calling upon His name. No where is it written you have to be perfect or you have done the most terrible things that He will reject you. All lies told by the devil himself do that you will not come unto the Father.

Romans 10:13 King James Version

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Confess your sin: Praying to Jesus simply say I am a sinner you don’t have to make a list of your short comings and you don’t need to wait to be perect or think you can make this choice later, you may not have later to do so.

Romans 10:9-11 King James Version

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Believe: You are not asked to do anything other than to believe in Jesus Christ. God already paid and prepared a way for us through His son Jesus on the cross.

Acts 16:31-33 King James Version

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.

33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.

Receive: He is there waiting for you not wanting you to be separated for eternity. Let Him fill the void and emptiness. Let Him fix your broken spirit and bring peace into your life. Let Him comfort you and love you as you may not have ever known love.

Revelation 3:20 King James Version

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

God’s love for us is so great he sent His son to die for our sins. Without Jesus going to the cross we would not have been able to have a way to get to heaven. The world had turn so wicked that even with God’s promise not to flood the earth again, He knew He would have to send Jesus down so that we might be saved. Otherwise we would be spending eternity in hell and heaven would be what we experience here on earth.

God’s reason to send His son to earth:

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

He has come to save us not to harm us. Jesus doesn’t want any to perish and spin eternity separated from Him. He gives us Free will to choose Him or reject Him.
